Join Topel & DiStasi Wealth Management at Bike MS: Waves to Wine 2018
Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a potentially debilitating disease which causes damage to the insulating covers of nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord, and for which there is no known cure.
MS is a disease which has closely affected the families of multiple members of our firm here at TDWM, and so, for the fifth year running, Topel & DiStasi Wealth Management is thrilled to once again be sponsoring a cycling team in this year’s Bike MS: Waves to Wine charity ride to benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society on September 22-23rd, 2018.
This event supports cutting-edge research, programs and services for everyone impacted by MS. Ending MS means no one will receive an MS diagnosis again. Every dollar helps. Every person makes a difference.
Bike MS is a physical challenge for cyclists of every level. A two-day ride that, for most of our team, will cover over 125 miles, but it’s so much more than just a bike ride. The camaraderie, passion, and memories that come from sharing this experience with our team will stay with us for a lifetime. Bike MS is both a weekend-long and LIFE-long opportunity to make a difference in your own life, and in the works. It’s a group effort that transcends personal accomplishment and touches the lives of the thousands of people affected by MS in our community.
If you would like to help support our effort there are a couple of ways you can participate in the fight end MS.
First, if you are a cycling enthusiast, or know anyone who is, we would love for you to join our team and ride with us in this great event. There is a small fee to register, and each rider is required to raise a minimum of $350 for the cause. As always, we are planning to have some special incentives for those that participate, including our corporate tent after the first day’s ride with food, drinks and fun!
